Erika loves going on experiential dates with her husband, cuddling her babies, and spending quiet time with the Lord (when she can find a moment with two little ones under one!). If it were up to her, she'd eat dessert all the time, especially jello poke cake. She's incredibly competitive and feels a bit down if she can't get outside when the sun is shining. If she were a plant, she'd be a sunflower.
